Mission

Train With Sean exists to build people who are physically capable, mentally grounded, and connected to something bigger than themselves.

I coach individuals — athletes and everyday movers alike — to develop real strength, improve their movement quality, and grow into the type of person who elevates their environment.

This isn’t about hype, trends, or quick motivation. It’s about identity, discipline, and consistent habits that last. Through intentional training and steady development, we move with confidence, think with clarity, and raise the standard together.

How I coach

I coach through individualized strength progression and proactive guidance — grounded in proven principles, influenced by sport performance, shaped by real-life demands, and refined through continuous learning. Every client gets clear direction, purposeful training, and support that helps them grow beyond the gym.

Services

1-on-1 Training

Personalized training designed around your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle. Each session focuses on progressing your strength, improving movement quality, and building long-term habits.

Semi-Private Training

Train with a partner while still getting individualized coaching. Semi-private sessions are designed for two people with similar goals who want a mix of personal attention, shared energy, and a more budget-friendly option than 1-on-1 training.

Is Semi-Private Right For You?

Semi-private training is a great fit if:
• You and your partner have similar goals (strength, fat loss, mobility, etc.)
• You’re comfortable sharing the training hour
• You want personal coaching but at a lower cost than 1-on-1
• You like training with a partner for accountability and energy
• You’re okay following the same program structure

It may not be a fit if:
• Your goals and schedules are completely different
• One person has injuries that need very customized programming
• You prefer full individual attention every session

Pickleball Performance Training

I help pickleball players get stronger, move faster, and stay injury-free.
Training includes strength work, footwork, mobility, and reaction drills designed to improve your balance, power, and on-court movement so you can play with more confidence and longevity.

How Training Works

How does training work?

Training is structured around consistency, not random sessions. You’ll train on a weekly schedule (1x, 2x, or 3x per week), with your time slot reserved so you’re not scrambling week to week.

Each session is planned around your goals, current ability, and how your body is feeling — whether that’s building strength, improving performance, or simply moving and feeling better overall. As you progress, training evolves with you.

Why monthly training instead of session packages?

Most people don’t struggle because they aren’t motivated — they struggle because training becomes inconsistent. Monthly training creates structure, accountability, and momentum so you’re not constantly restarting.

With a monthly plan, your sessions are scheduled weekly, your spot is held, and training stays consistent so progress actually compounds over time.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens — work, travel, family stuff. As long as you give notice, I’ll do my best to reschedule your session or apply a rollover so you don’t lose it.

Same-day rescheduling is possible if an opening is available. No-shows without notice would count as a used session.

What are rollovers?

Rollovers are built in to help with occasional schedule disruptions. If you can’t make a session and give proper notice, that session may be rolled over and used within the same month when scheduling allows.

Rollovers are limited to keep training consistent and to protect reserved time slots.

Can I change how often I train?

Yes. Your training should fit your life — not the other way around. If your schedule, goals, or availability change, we can adjust your weekly training frequency going forward.

There are no long-term contracts, just clear communication.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contracts. Training runs month to month.

The goal is to build consistency because it works — not because you’re locked in.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are held at a private training facility. The space is fully equipped and designed for focused, personalized training without the chaos of a crowded gym.

Is this a good fit if I’m new to training or getting back into it?

Yes. A large part of my work is with people who are either new to training or returning after time off. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start — that’s what training is for.

Sessions are coached at your pace, with a focus on proper movement, building strength safely, and progressing in a way that makes sense for your body. The goal is long-term progress, not pushing you past your limits on day one.

About Me

About ME

I’m Sean, and my mission is simple: create a training environment where everyone feels supported, capable, and welcome. I believe in unity — no matter your age, background, gender, orientation, or ability, you deserve a space where you can grow without judgment. When we train, you’re not just another client. You’re part of a community.

My goal is to help you reach your goals safely, efficiently, and confidently. Whether we’re working 1-on-1 or in a small group, I want you to feel comfortable, encouraged, and proud of the progress you’re making. Every session is built around progress, connection, and showing you what your body is capable of.

I’m a certified personal trainer through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and I focus on helping people move better, get stronger, and build long-term habits that support their health and performance. Whether you want to improve athletic ability, develop functional strength, or simply feel better day to day, I personalize each program to be safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.
